The Atra planetary mixer was created to meet the need for mixing various products such as scrambled eggs, cream, chocolate, mousse, cake, sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, donuts, lokma, and dough. Designed for industrial producion. it operates quietly until the end of the mixing program. The mixer features a new digital control panel with buttons for speed control, timer, and bowl up/down, and its electrical system meets high EU standards. Equipped with a bowl cleaner, wire whisk, beater, and spiral, all surfaces are made of hygienic stainless steel. The removable bowl is automatically raised or lowered by the mixer at the start of the program. With 10 different speed options, the mixer ensures a stable mixing speed, delivering high-quality products that will impress your customers. Additionally, the mixer offers the possibility of using a double mixing wire and bowl cleaner.
