The spiral dough mixer Atra with a fixed bowl provides fast dough mixing, reducing flour consumption and saving you time and energy. Simply set the kneading time and the machine will run quieter than previous models until the kneading programme is complete. The control panel includes a thermometer, speed control, timer and emergency stop button, and has an auto shut-off system. The two-position motor provides different speeds for optimum dough kneading and all surfaces of the machine are made of food-safe materials such as hygienic stainless steel. The machine is easy to move around thanks to its wheels, and thanks to the new belt pulley system it runs quieter, having a fitted rubber belt for smoother operation.
