The Atra self tilting-tilting spiral mixer ASM 160 is equipped with a direct hydraulic lifting unit and features two motors for two-speed operation, significantly enhancing efficiency by saving up to 50% of kneading time. Its bowl, mixing arm, and knife are all made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The mixer allows the bowl to rotate in both directions and has independently adjustable low and high-speed timers. The integrated hydraulic lifting unit enables continuous kneading even during discharge, with a discharge height of 1750 mm and a required installation height of at least 2950 mm. Additionally, a safety switch is installed on the bowl lid to ensure safe operation.
