The Atra toast peeling-slicing machine gives the possibility to cut 4 bread crusts on the sides of toast bread shaves the crusts from all four sides of toast bread and slices it with precision. It accommodates bread sizes between 12 cm and 16 cm and can handle up to 800 bread per hour. The machine features a touch 7” digital control panel with options for both — automatic and manual operation. The system requires 6 Bar air pressure for optimal performance. Constructed with a complete Cr-Ni body and includes an indicator for the number of slices cut. The ABS 03 also provides semi-automatic bread packaging at the end of the cutting line. A complete ATPM+ABS 03 cutting line will occupy approximately 3 x 3 metres.
