The Atra manual bread slicing machine is designed for efficient, precise slicing without flattening or tearing the bread. By placing the bread next to the knives and pulling the lever, you can achieve clean, evenly cut slices. The machine can handle up to 450 slices per hour and accommodates bread up to 500 mm in length and 50-180 mm in height, with slice thickness adjustable between 10-20 mm. Suitable for bakeries, patisseries, hotels, and large kitchens, it features hygienic stainless steel surfaces, with optional teflon-coated blades for extended sharpness. The manual lever action ensures quiet operation with minimal vibration, and the machine is easily movable thanks to its wheels. Additionally, it includes a special attachment for quick manual packing and supports 220 and 380 V power.
