The Atra table-top bread slicing machine is designed for efficient and precise cutting without flattening or tearing the bread. Capable of slicing up to 450 slices per hour, it accommodates bread up to 400 mm in length and 50-150 mm in height, with adjustable slice thickness between 10-20 mm. To operate, simply place the bread next to the knives and pull the lever. Ideal for bakeries, patisseries, hotels, and large kitchens, it features hygienic stainless steel surfaces with optional teflon-coated blades for extended sharpness. The manual lever action ensures quiet operation with minimal vibration, and the machine is easily movable with attached wheels. Additionally, it includes an attachment for quick manual packing of the bread and requires only 0.6 m² of working space, supporting both 220 and 380 V power.
