The Atra horizontal cake slicing machine is designed to cut cakes and other dough products like hamburger buns. Simply place the dough product at the beginning of the moving band, and the machine will slice it using one of its 10 different speed programs. Ideal for medium and large cake factories, this machine can cut any dough product into 2 or 3 slices, with a maximum of 3 blades recommended for optimal efficiency. The working band is 390 mm wide, providing space for three 120 mm cakes. The thickness of the slices and the height of the upper pressing band can be adjusted manually using the lever on top of the machine. All surfaces, including the knives, are made of hygienic stainless steel suitable for food production. The slicer ensures a stable speed for high-quality, evenly cut cakes and is easily movable with attached wheels.
