The Atra automatic bread slicing machine is designed to cut and, if needed, pack bread products efficiently. Simply place the bread at the beginning of the ramp, and the machine will move it forward and slice it using one of 10 different speed programs tailored to your needs. This machine is capable of averaging around 900 slices per hour, depending on the bread type and speed setting. The tougher and thicker the bread is produced and the longer it’s baked, the higher the speed must be set. Designed for bakeries, patisseries, hotels, and large kitchens, it offers adjustable height options for the top conveyor belt to accommodate various bread sizes and prevent tearing or squishing. All surfaces, including the knives, are made of hygienic stainless steel, with optional teflon-coated blades for extended sharpness. The ramp length is 1 meter and detachable for conveyor integration. Featuring a rubber belt for reduced vibration and increased stability, the machine is also easily movable thanks to its wheels. Additionally, a blowing packaging equipment can be ordered to facilitate quick and efficient bread packaging.
